On the Web Site at the upper left hand corner, is a tab called Documents. If you were to click on that tab you would be taken to a section of the web site, that includes all of the pertinent documents regarding your association. One of those documents in the Maintenance Matrix that details whether the Association or the Co-Owner is responsible for the repair and maintenance of certain components of our Condominium Units. As of November 1, 2017, there has been a clarification of that Maintenance Matrix. Specifically, co-owners have always been responsible for the repair and maintenance of the windows and doors of our respective units. This update clarifies that the individual co-owners are likewise responsible for the repair and maintenance of the associated window wells.
