For those of you who were unable to attend the 2017 Annual Meeting held on Thursday, October 26th, the following is presented as an unofficial synopsis of the meeting:
a) Dues for 2018 will increase by $35 to $375 per month. $10 per month of the increase will be placed in the long term reserves and $25 will be used for increased operating costs.
b) Incumbants Dave Pitcock, Carrie Nay, and Ed Worth were reelected to their Board positions. There is still one position available for the seat previously held by David Guyot who passed away this past year. Unfortunately, since no one ran for the position, Frank Gendernalik will continue as an interim Board Member. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please Contact the Board of Directors. This is your opportunity to have a real voice on the operation of your association.
c) The status of the well was touched on but since the details are still being worked out, the Board has scheduled 2 meetings on 11/30/2017 and 12/7/2017 at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall. At that time, the anticipated costs and schedule for the completion of the project will be presented to the co-owners. Both meetings will present the same information hence there will be two opportunities for the homeowners to be informed.
d) Roof replacement is expected to commence in 2022.
