Over 75% of the community voted on this very important issue. Although not all votes have been counted, due to illness at Herriman & Associates, the Board of Directors is happy to report that we have passed the 116 votes required for the project to be approved by a significant margin. The Board appreciates the support shown for this project that is intended to significantly lower the cost of watering the common area, the biggest line item in our budget. Additional details will continue to be provided as the project moves forward.
The community owes a depth of gratitude to Ed Worth who has spearheaded this effort on behalf of the Board and the Association.
