Since the Association will not be adding mulch to the beds this year, the Board has requested that we remind the residents that per the Rules and Regulations  Item 13.1 J.  mulch must comply with the following requirements:

  • All mulch used in the additional landscaping must match the mulch used in the other Common Elements. Mulch is to be of high quality Grade A hardwood (either maple or oak) double shredded bark with no more than 10% by-product. Mulch is to be natural color and not dyed. The material must be free of foreign materials including being free of soil and weeds.
NO COLORED MULCH – RED, BROWN, BLACK OR OTHER is acceptable. Installation of mulch not meeting specifications  laid out in the Rules and Regulations will be required to be removed quickly and fines may be issued.
